When I first learned about the devastating effects of sugar on our health and why it was so difficult to get free of it even knowing the harm it does, I was determined to share the information worldwide.
Knowledge alone often isn't enough. Especially when dealing with a substance as addictive as sugar so I developed a program to guide and support people through the process of getting and staying free of sugar.
Kick the Sugar was designed to be the initial step in that journey and gives the support and information needed to help people get sugar out of their diet.
